I started Mindscape Consulting because I'd spent two decades watching well-intentioned training programmes fail to change anything. Slides were presented, handouts were collected, and within two weeks, people were back to doing exactly what they'd always done.
The missing ingredient was always the same: a trainer who understood both the human side of change and the operational reality of the organisation. I built Mindscape to close that gap.
That gap only closes when the trainer has actually carried the weight of leading a team — recruiting, coaching, and being accountable for performance under real pressure. Before I taught a single AI class, I built a founding team from scratch at a start-up, ran cross-functional operations for an SME serving Fortune 500 clients, and scaled a 400-person delivery network inside a global education group.
My background in Neuro-Linguistic Programming — combined with 20+ years leading teams and delivering L&D programmes across Singapore and Southeast Asia — is what makes Mindscape different from an AI training vendor. I don't just teach AI skills. I work with the mindset and the people dynamics that either accelerate adoption or block it.
